The top and bottom plates are granite effect and interchangeable to a flat side or grill side, which makes it perfect for making toast, burgers, grilling vegetables or even frying eggs. It includes a handy drip tray at the back and has locks on either side of the handles to lock in to place for vertical storage. Both plates are removable for easy cleaning. The top body is height adjustable according to the height of the food.
